View this email in your browser In 2023,Verdani saw a record number of GRESB submissions; year over year, the GRESB framework elevates its parameters and the stringency of its scoring system. Verdani is immensely proud of the performance of our clients, who continue to deliver on their ESG targets, goals, and performances. We are excited to share the results of the 2023 GRESB Assessment, which highlights the performance of our clients and the progress they’ve made within their portfolios. This newsletter shares the key findings from the 2023 GRESB Assessment and how our clients did this year — and how they are elevating their ESG performance to new heights. 2023 GRESB Achievements & Recognitions Highlights In 2023, we submitted 62 GRESB management and performance (M&P) and management and development (M&D) assessments on behalf of 17 clients’ national and international real estate portfolios.
