Our Team

With a team of over 80 sustainability professionals, strategic advisors, and partners, Verdani is driven by a commitment to excellence.

Our team comprises experts with extensive experience in sustainability, ESG, and technical project delivery, combined with the management and strategic capabilities to make sound, long-term decisions. As an independent, privately-owned firm, our consulting services are focused on our clients, offering the full breadth of our sustainability expertise.

Global Presence

Verdani Partners partner with clients and organizations in these regions to advance sustainability through ESG programs and project collaborations, research and development, an speaking engagements. Verdani has employees, partners, strategic advisors, and client portfolios across the globe. We promote our services globally, including in Europe/UK, Latin America/Brazil, and India, where we plan to open future offices. Additionally, Verdani’s nonprofit arm, VIBE (Verdani Institute for the Built Environment), focuses on education and global collaboration in sustainability and corporate responsibility.

Internally, we provide training on social identity, unconscious bias, cultural awareness, and systemic inequity. We share educational resources on cultural observances and related events monthly. Verdani also surveys staff to assess perceptions and identify areas for improvement. For clients, we share best practices and train team members to engage clients on the importance of these values.

Verdani's HR team organizes events that celebrate diversity, encourage volunteerism, and build community, fostering an inclusive and engaging workplace.

We are committed to continuous learning through weekly all-staff training and education.

By prioritizing continuous learning and innovation, our team members stay ahead in the evolving sustainability landscape. Each year, we produce new content to expand our team’s knowledge and fill educational gaps on sustainability and ESG best practices. Since 2021, we have offered an average of 35 trainings per year.
