New Look, New Website

Verdani wanted our brand to represent the diversity of our clients’ portfolios and our team members as well as the dynamic and cutting edge solutions that we offer to solve today’s global sustainability issues. We refreshed the green logo with more vibrant colors because we recognize that sustainability does not mean just “going green” with environmental initiatives but also encompasses the social and governance aspects of our clients’ businesses and our work. Verdani is fortunate to have steadily grown over the last 5 years and seen so many successes. We feel that our new brand identity, logo, and website better reflect the professionalism and level of service that we bring to our clients.
Check out our new website.

Verdani's Diversity Award
Verdani was honored to be a recipient of the San Diego Business Journal's 2017 Diversity and Inclusion Award! SDBJ hosted a thought-provoking discussion forum and awards ceremony on August 16th with leading experts on diversity to discuss some of today's industry best practices. Research from McKinsey shows that gender-diverse companies are 15% more likely to outperform their peers and ethnically-diverse companies are 35% more likely to do the same. Client News

Verdani's Clients  *new
GRESB Assessment
The Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) recently announced scores for the 2017 reporting season. We were proud that most of our clients ranked among the top 5 on GRESB and to see them continue to improve and set themselves apart as leading organizations on Environmental Social Governance (ESG) initiatives.  Read about their achievements here.
Annual Sustainability Reports
Verdani clients recently published their annual sustainability and corporate responsibility reports for 2016. We’re proud of the major milestones and achievements made. Check out the reports our team helped draft and design.
Spotlight: CommonWealth Partners
In 2016, CommonWealth Partners achieved its 20% energy and carbon reduction targets three years ahead of schedule which was a great testament to the success of our collaborative efforts and sustainability programs. Verdani has been managing CommonWealth Partners’ sustainability programs since 2013, and with our support they ranked 3rd in the GRESB Office Sector category in 2017. The reductions in portfolio-wide energy consumption have a direct impact on the company’s operating expenses and value creation.
