As we wrap up 2022, we wish you and your family a very happy holiday season! This year has been an exciting time of growth. With ESG going “mainstream” and garnering a great deal of attention across the business and political spheres, this momentum has kept Verdani incredibly busy. We’ve gained several new clients who are ready to accelerate their ESG journeys, and we’re working to help our current clients decarbonize and make their portfolios more resilient while keeping all clients and wider network abreast of regulatory changes and industry trends. One thing is certain—it’s an exciting time to be in ESG!
Our clients enjoyed outstanding success this year, submitting 41 GRESB real estate assessments that resulted in four first-ranked Management & Performance submissions, four first-ranked Management & Development submissions, and two second-ranked Management & Performance submissions, as well as several 4- and 5-Star Ratings.
The Verdani team made waves across the industry, participating in conferences, webinars, podcasts, and articles, including The ESG Matters Podcast, the GRESB Regional Insights for Brazil webinar, and the Environment + Energy Leader “Meet the 100” series, among others.
