Dear <<First Name>>, We wish you a very happy holiday season at the end of this eventful year! 2021 was a year of transformation for sustainability, with climate change rising to the top of priorities for world leaders and ESG permeating many organizations and influencing real estate as never before. The demand for sustainability has fueled our company growth as we hired 19 new employees and increased staff by 35%. Our 12+ current job openings are a sign of great things to come as we plan further growth into 2022.
We are proud of our clients for their tremendous achievements this year, documented in their annual reportsshared in this newsletter and benchmarked by GRESB, which is the leading ESG assessment for real assets. We completed 32 submissions in 2021, resulting in four 1st place rankings in peer groups and ten 5-Star GRESB ratings. We are also thrilled that four of our leading clients made Net Zero by 2050 commitments for their portfolios and are helping to push forward tangible climate action.
Our team members made waves in the industry with Chris Wei, Vice President of Engineering at Verdani, being named in the annual Environment+Energy Leader(E+E) 100 listwhich recognizes those environment and energy “doers” who blaze the trail in creating new solutions, programs, platforms, best practices and products. Our team members also presented at events around the country and continue to advance sustainability in the built environment.
