Samantha is a motivated leader in the green building industry.

With over six years of experience and a background in project management, business development, and sustainable design, she has over 6.5 million square feet of certified projects. Samantha has experience working with developers and architects to achieve various green building certifications. She serves as a Board Member for her local U.S. Green Building Council and previously served on the AIA Palm Beach Center Environment Board. She is credited with contributions towards advocacy and resilience in South Florida and has been featured in the Resilience Forward podcast for her work on the historic Four Seasons Surf Club project. As the WELL Certifications Manager at Verdani, she currently manages all of the WELL Core and WELL Health-Safety certifications and supports other health and wellness programs at Verdani.
