With over three years of experience at Verdani, Kelsey serves as a Senior Engineering Manager within the Technical Services department, which completes ASHRAE Energy Audits and building-level ENERGY STAR certifications.

Kelsey manages ESG program data for three commercial real estate portfolios and acts as a strategic advisor on other portfolios as needed. Through tracking buildings’ progress toward sustainability goals, she enjoys seeing the true impact of efficiency in the built environment. Kelsey arrived at Verdani Partners with several years of experience in arts and culture nonprofits, focusing on their sustainability programs and initiatives. She holds a bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies and Planning, with an emphasis on Energy Management and Design, from Sonoma State University in Northern California.
