Kaitlin came to Verdani Partners with several years of experience in the energy management and education fields.

At Verdani, Kaitlin manages technical sustainability data for two real estate portfolios’ ESG programs and advises on a third. She is also a part of Verdani Technical Services, helping to conduct building-level ENERY STAR certifications. Kaitlin enjoys helping portfolio managers evaluate their environmental impact and brainstorming initiatives for their ESG program to make a difference. She is also excited to have the opportunity to work with Verdani’s nonprofit organization, VIBE[CS1] , as the Research and Coordination Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Science and Technology, with a double concentration in Energy and Environment, from James Madison University.
