In this annual GRESB Edition of our Verdani Vitals newsletter, we are pleased to share the strong performance of the 73 submissions Verdani prepared on behalf of 20 of our clients, representing over 1 billion square feet assessed.
In 2025, GRESB evaluated 2,382 assessments across 500,000 buildings, marking a highly competitive reporting year. Our team of over 80 sustainability professionals advised our clients on GRESB-aligned energy, decarbonization, and resilience strategies that increased their sustainability performance and improved their results.
Verdani is proud to share our clients' impressive results in the 2025 GRESB Assessment, as seen below. On average, our clients realized a 4% annual increase in their scores since partnering with us. A testament to the efficacy of our strategies, 20 of our 73 submissions ranked 1st, 2nd, or 3rd in their Peer Groups, with a total of 59 landing within the top 10. Additionally, 17 submissions earned 4- and 5-Star ratings, and seven earned Regional Sector Leaders designations
