Based in San Francisco, Zachary Brown is responsible for supporting the implementation of PGIM Real Estate’s Global ESG Program, with a focus on the Americas (United States and Latin America).

Zachary leads the consulting team [CS1] on ESG-real-estate trends in existing buildings and new developments; regulatory requirements; technology platforms; efficiency program budgeting; monitoring progress of program initiatives; and ESG reporting for all global funds (including GRESB and PRI). Zachary is a member of the United States ESG Council. Prior to his work at PGIM Real Estate and Verdani Partners, Zachary was a Director of Energy and Sustainability with CBRE, supporting the DWS Americas real estate portfolio. Zachary holds a LEED AP with an EB O&M specialization, is a Fitwel Ambassador, and recently received his RPA accreditation from BOMI. He earned a bachelor’s degree in foreign language from Hamilton College prior to pursuing professional roles in real estate and sustainability management.
