Based in Rhode Island, Taylor Iascone is responsible for supporting the implementation of PGIM Real Estate’s Global ESG Program.
Taylor focuses on Program Coordination, Logistics and Project Management for her client team, with a concentration in ESG Due Diligence Assessments; ESG Framework and Regulatory Reporting, Communication & Marketing through Stakeholder Engagements, Biodiversity for both Equity and Debt.
Prior to her work at PGIM Real Estate and Verdani Partners, Taylor was a Project engineer with Katerra and Swinerton where she managed commercial construction projects in Denver, Colorado. In addition, Taylor was the Associate Director at Berklee College of Music, executing large-scale-facilities-management best practices for commercial properties. She earned a master’s degree in Real Estate of the Built Environment from University of Denver, which accelerated her real estate profession, and a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from Syracuse University prior to her professional career. Taylor also holds her LEED® Green Associate™ accreditation.
