COMMUNICATIONS, LEADERSHIP, AND OPERATIONS

Paulynn is the Chief Communications and Business Officer at Verdani Partners, where she directs strategic communications, business development, and strategy — aligning the firm’s operational goals and market positioning as a leader in sustainable real estate management. She leverages over three decades of expertise to strengthen Verdani’s brand as a trusted partner to global portfolios navigating complex performance, stakeholder engagement, and business resilience challenges.

Since joining Verdani in 2014, Paulynn has led the development of client communications and engagement programs, beginning with annual reporting and expanding to comprehensive strategies that align with Verdani’s sustainability mission. She established the Communications Department, drew upon her startup experience to shape business development and strategic initiatives to elevate client impact, reinforce brand messaging, and support long-term client relationships.

Earlier in her career, Paulynn led strategic initiatives in sustainable development, communications, and real estate space management — developing finance, local food systems, and media infrastructure as Chief Creative Officer at Unified Field Corporation and advancing sustainable mixed-use master plan projects in underserved areas for the Intergovernmental Renewable Energy Organization. Before that, she honed her expertise in space planning at Gensler, shaping occupancy management technology for major clients including DreamWorks and the City of Los Angeles. She is also a founding member of the World Building Institute, where she curated programs with interdisciplinary leaders to explore the intersection of narrative, design, and sustainable futures. Her commitment to humanitarian and regenerative design was especially evident in her leadership on a three-year effort to develop an eco-village for orphans in South Africa, which integrated earth architecture techniques inspired by the Cal-Earth Institute.

Paulynn’s educational background includes architecture and graphic design at Carnegie Mellon University, advertising at New York University, and environmental design at Parsons School of Design. She also completed a specialized program at the California Institute for Social Business, developed in collaboration with Nobel Peace Prize laureate Muhammad Yunus, at California State University Channel Islands.
