Michael is a Sustainability Data Analyst specializing in data collection and analysis, building performance standards, and high-quality property performance analytics. He has five years of experience in the environmental field, working in the areas of sustainability and industrial hygiene. At Verdani Partners, he  works with multiple real estate portfolios, leading data collection and increasing data coverage for assets across their portfolio, while also creating templates for analysis, penalty predictions, and strategic planning for regulatory compliance. He holds a B.S. in Environmental Studies from Sonoma State University.
