Mary Reames is the co-lead of Verdani’s Communications department, providing professional writing services for Verdani projects such as annual reports, newsletters, and presentations.

With several years of experience in professional communications and a background in environmental law and legal publishing, Mary brings a variety of skills to Verdani. Utilizing her degree in sustainable business management and her LEED AP and TRUE Advisor certifications, she has provided consulting services on multiple LEED for Existing Buildings projects and has written and spoken on many topics relevant to the green building operations and management industry. Prior to joining Verdani, she served as an outside reviewer of LEED-EB applications on a contract basis with GBCI. Mary holds a B.A. from Carleton College, a B.S. in Sustainable Management from the University of Wisconsin – Parkside, and a J.D. with Environmental Law Concentration from Chicago-Kent College of Law.
