Chris is responsible for managing Verdani’s Technical Services team and helps manage sustainability programs for Jamestown Properties and GID.

Chris has a deep passion for helping buildings around the world achieve net zero energy and is frequently involved in presenting workshops and seminars around the U.S. that educate building owners on benchmarking properties and identifying opportunities to improve energy efficiency. Chris holds a master’s degree in Energy Engineering and is a registered professional engineer in California. His primary expertise includes conducting ASHRAE energy audits, providing benchmarking support and supporting clients with LEED certifications.
