On August 16, 2017 the San Diego Business Journal awarded Verdani Partners for our diversity and inclusion in the workplace. We are proud to have received this recognition alongside the likes of Cox Communications, Cubic Corporation, and San Diego State University.
The goal of creating a diverse team has been part of the company’s strategic plan since it’s inception. Daniele Horton, Verdani’s Founder and CEO, is herself an immigrant from Brazil. She values the unique diversity reflected in her team and the competitive advantages it brings to the business.
