Shubha is the Vice President of Global Sustainability, specializing in sustainable real estate and responsible investment practices. She has over 16 years of experience and, during her time at Verdani Partners, has spearheaded sustainability programs for several large real estate portfolios. She currently oversees sustainability efforts at one of the world’s largest real estate portfolios with more than $200B in assets under management across both Equity and Debt businesses. In this role, she manages large cross-functional teams to deliver impactful outcomes. Shubha holds an M.S. in Sustainable Design from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from India. Her leadership has been recognized through notable accolades, including the Environment + Energy Leader’s Top 100 Honoree list and BoardIQ’s Hall of Fame: Top 100 Asian American Leaders Making an Impact.
