Shauna is an Associate Director of Communications at Verdani Partners, supporting CRE clients with communication deliverables, internal marketing initiatives, and business development efforts. With extensive experience in marketing, communications, brand management, and sales outreach, she helps drive the development of marketing strategies, creative ideation, and identify opportunities to engage industry audiences. Prior to arriving at Verdani, she owned a marketing agency serving B2B and B2C clients and spent many years in marketing agency leadership. Her background spans corporate retail, marketing, and ESG for commercial real estate. Shauna holds a B.S. in Merchandising and minor in Marketing from Texas Tech University.
