Seth has been a part of Verdani’s Corporate Sustainability team for over two years.

Over this time, he has led multiple client accounts, helping to establish their sustainability programs, develop them into industry leaders, build strong tenant engagement programs, and complete reporting assessments, such as GRESB and PRI. In 2018, Seth received a dual MBA and Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of San Diego. Prior to his graduate work, he worked as an analyst in small business lending at Wells Fargo, with a focus on real estate secured lending.
