Rimzhim has been with Verdani for over three years, currently serving as an energy manager, energy engineer, and supervisor.

She manages and leads multifamily and industrial clients’ portfolio-wide energy, water, greenhouse gas, and waste benchmarking. She performs annual analyses of these data, helping to conduct GRESB reporting and identify certification, audit, and efficiency opportunities, leading to improved sustainability and financial performance. Rimzhim also supports Verdani Technical Services with ASHRAE energy audits, indoor air quality testing, and ENERGY STAR certifications. Rimzhim came to Verdani with two years of experience in the energy sector and holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, a master’s degree in Energy Engineering, and a Fitwel Ambassador credential.
