Patricia is an ESG and sustainability consultant with expertise in sustainable and healthy building strategies and ESG integration.

She is focused on combating climate change through increasing the efficiency and resilience of multifamily and industrial buildings. She develops and supports the implementation of ESG programs, ESG reporting, and corporate sustainability goals for Verdani’s clients, such as GID, The Howard Hughes Corporation, and MAA. Patricia holds a MS in Environmental Engineering from the University of Washington, with a focus in Construction, Energy, and Sustainable Infrastructure, and is certified as a LEED Green Associate.
