Patricia is a Senior Sustainability & Strategy Manager at Verdani Partners with eight years of experience in sustainability strategy and reporting, environmental management systems (EMS), and operational strategy. She specializes in developing, implementing, and reporting on sustainability programs for real estate owners and operators, while also leading internal initiatives to enhance Verdani’s operations and services. She holds an M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington, specializing in Construction, Energy, and Sustainable Infrastructure, and a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from the Universidade Anhembi Morumbi.
