As the first hire at Verdani in 2012, Mariana now serves on Verdani’s executive team leading corporate strategy related to identifying and attracting new clients, understanding clients’ evolving needs, and offering strategic planning on ESG program development and implementation, working to continually improve client outcomes and performance.

She is also primarily responsible for the development and implementation of clients’ Environmental Management Systems and manages all aspects of clients’ annual ESG reporting, such as GRESB and PRI. Through her efforts in recruiting, hiring, and training new employees, Mariana actively works to cultivate a healthy and productive working environment at Verdani.
