Loren is an Associate Director of Human Resources at Verdani Partners, where she leads the HR team and oversees initiatives spanning recruitment, hiring, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, and strategic planning. Loren is also the Co-Chair of Verdani’s DEI Committee. With over seven years in the field, she focuses on building systems that support team development and enhance the employee experience. Loren holds a B.A in Sociocultural Anthropology from University of California, San Diego.
