Katie supports PGIM Real Estate's Global ESG Program, with a particular focus on GRESB and SFDR reporting.

She holds dual master’s degrees in Business Administration and Public Administration and is passionate about multisectoral solutions to sustainability issues and the power of the built environment to mitigate climate change. Prior to Verdani, she worked as a sustainability consultant and program manager leading teams to achieve green building and business certifications, including [KT1] [CS2] LEED, GreenPoint Rated, and the California Green Business Network. Katie is an accredited LEED AP and an active member of the San Diego Green Building Council, participating in the Equity Working Group and Residential Committee.
