Residing in her hometown of Los Angeles, Julie offers over 12 years of experience in the sustainable real estate industry, with expertise in XXX, XXX, and XXX.

Before her transition to sustainable real estate, Julie spent XX years leasing commercial office space throughout the greater Los Angeles area. In her role at Verdani, Julie manages all aspects of sustainability programming for CommonWealth Partners and their $XXX portfolio: GRESB and CDP ESG reporting; creating and implementing ESG initiatives and policies; and conducting sustainability attributes assessments. Alongside her client-focused responsibilities, Julie also serves as Executive Director for the Verdani Institute for the Built Environment (VIBE), a nonprofit focused on green building advocacy and education. She holds a MBA from the University of Southern California, with a concentration in real estate finance, a bachelor’s in XXX from the University of California Berkeley, and a LEED GA accreditation.
