Verdani Partners promotes its services around the world in China, Brazil and India, where the company is looking to open future offices. We partner with organizations in those countries to advance sustainability in the built environment through project collaborations and speaking engagements at green events. Verdani has also created a nonprofit arm called Verdani Institute for the Built Environment (VIBE) to focus on global collaboration on sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
While our sustainability work reaches around the globe, we celebrate diversity within our own organization. Over 10 different languages other than English are spoken in the office including Hindi, Mandarin, Portuguese, Japanese, and Spanish. Daniele Horton, Verdani’s Founder and Principle, is herself an immigrant from Brazil. Verdani values the unique diversity reflected in its team and the competitive advantages it brings to its service offerings. Verdani was one of three firms recognized in 2017 by the San Diego Business Journal with a Diversity and Inclusion Award.
