The data management and analytics delivered by Erin’s team are key to measuring and driving her client’s progress toward their environmental performance goals, notably net zero carbon by 2050. Erin enjoys the creativity and challenge involved in the strategic planning and implementation required to meet these goals. She is motivated by the potential for positive impact by helping such a large and influential client improve. Erin is honored to have contributed to her client’s recognition by reporting 18 funds to GRESB, increasing the number of certified properties by 31% over two years, and achieving Fitwel Champion status.
